Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Duration

This contract is effective from the date of the first payment and will remain valid for a duration of one month.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made either by depositing funds into the international bank account provided by the Service Provider or via online payments using a credit or Visa card. Payments can also be submitted through Zelle.

3. Exclusions from Package Pricing

The package does not include the following costs: Documentation Fee, Platform Fee, Inventory Cost, Preparation Cost, Sales Referral Cost related to the platform, Marketing Cost, Software/App/Plugin Costs, and any additional Shipping Costs.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for third-party services, including but not limited to LLC fees, platform fees, inventory costs, preparation costs, sales referral costs, marketing expenses, software/app/plugin costs, and any additional shipping fees, are non-refundable.

5. Automatic Billing Authorization

By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit card on file on the 20th of each month to ensure uninterrupted service. This recurring charge will continue unless you elect to cancel your subscription.

6. Confidentiality Obligations

The Service Provider agrees not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to the Client to any person, except to authorized representatives of the Client, during or after the term of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, and trade secrets.

7. Ownership of Work Product

Any works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information developed in whole or in part by the Service Provider in connection with the Services (collectively, the “Work Product”) shall be the exclusive property of the Client. The Service Provider agrees to sign any documents necessary to confirm or perfect the Client's exclusive ownership of the Work Product upon request.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any delays in processing or account suspensions imposed by Amazon, Facebook, Shopify, Walmart, or any other third-party service.

9. Account Suspension Support

In the event of an account suspension, the Service Provider will provide all possible solutions to address the situation.

10. Non-Refundable Service Fees

All amount paid for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
